I tried to set up Zelle with my business email with this bank and I couldn’t because south state saids it has something to do with Zelle and not the south state app. I went today to get a Bank of America account and set up the same email with Zelle and it works. Thanks for the help by saying it’s not possible when it is!

Took my mother over to get a notary done, and she had the worst time. The lady that handled her looked at my mother as though she was beneath her, and took a snide tone asking if she even had an account with them.
During the notary process, the lady wasn't paying attention to her, doing work on the computer as opposed to paying attention as the notary process requires.
As my mother is legally blind she asked where to sign. The lady pointed at the wrong spot, not even having checked the document prior and went right back to what she was doing. And upon the lady realizing her error after actually reading the darn thing, asked if she had a backup paper.
Highly unprofessional behavior, employees of a bank shouldn't act so rudely towards those that use their services. Especially not those that have been with the company for 10+ years.
