The lines are always long, we are always sitting and have to wait long periods of time. I would never bank with PNC be a of this bank alone. If it wasn’t for the company I work for… I would STAY away from here!!!!

He lost his bank card on Wednesday called the 800 # to cancel it and they told him he could stop at his neighborhood branch the next day and they would issue him a new one. The employee Ethel at the branch made up every excuse as to why she could'nt help him until the gentelmen at the branch at the branch stepped in and encouraged her to help him. Has COVID-19 made people too lazy to do their job, they just want to sit on their backsides and literally do nothing. Shame on her.
