  Zanitha a new banker opened my personal account and helped me link two business accounts with my personal account. She was the best forget the rest. I have had bad customer service experience at this branch in the past but today got exceptional service from her. She went above and beyond for me and worked an extra 20 minutes over the 05pm. She has a small 1 year old baby waiting at home but instead of thinking about the baby she waited an extra 20 minutes for me to help resolve my account linking issue. Thank you very much and truly appreciate her help.

  I love coming to this branch because the people here have always been so nice. They recently got new tellers and let me just say the young man who always opens the door for me and the young lady who takes my deposit are amazing! Now Michelle has been there for as long as I’ve been coming. She’s great and always helps me when doing wires. However, I decided to give a 4 instead of a 5 because the short woman by the door is unprofessional and rude. I tend to wait for Michelle because that other banker rolls her eyes and always tells me I can do a wire with online banking. I come in because I decide to have it done with a banker. So I don’t appreciate when someone rolls their eyes and pushes me to do it online. I’ll soon get to know the amazing tellers names but they are doing great and whenever you go do yourself a favor and ask for Michelle when needing a banker.

  Yall wanna hold my money for 5 days after I have made many deposits from the check that the payee has given me? Just wait for it to clear I will pull all of my funds out and close my account.

  I will actually never come here again and consider closing my PNC account because of this experience I dealt with Christyn southavanh she is a woman with blonde highlights and light skin. Don’t go to her. She’s very rude. No empathy. Lacked customer service. I’m really appalled at the service I received and will be filing another complaint. I have been here for 2 hours trying to resolve something that’s clearly Pncs fault . She gives me the wrong answers and when I explain that they’re wrong literally says I’m going to have to wait until Monday to contact someone and I guess because it’s Saturday she’s trying to have a chill day. She called PNC customer support and they asked her to take a picture of my check . She doesn’t take a picture of the back of the check which anyone should know that and starts screaming as she walks away. She’s very frantic and tries to talk in circles so u leave and don’t ask more questions. Even rushed the CSR off the phone and hung up on him while he was trying to give me information. Avoid her. Everyone else seemed way better I wish I would’ve gotten anyone else . Actually kourtnie from the Dekalb location is amazing .
