- CMChelyn MarieeJun 13, 20261.0I will actually never come here again and consider closing my PNC account because of this experience I dealt with Christyn southavanh she is a woman with blonde highlights and light skin. Don’t go to her. She’s very rude. No empathy. Lacked customer service. I’m really appalled at the service I received and will be filing another complaint. I have been here for 2 hours trying to resolve something that’s clearly Pncs fault . She gives me the wrong answers and when I explain that they’re wrong literally says I’m going to have to wait until Monday to contact someone and I guess because it’s Saturday she’s trying to have a chill day. She called PNC customer support and they asked her to take a picture of my check . She doesn’t take a picture of the back of the check which anyone should know that and starts screaming as she walks away. She’s very frantic and tries to talk in circles so u leave and don’t ask more questions. Even rushed the CSR off the phone and hung up on him while he was trying to give me information. Avoid her. Everyone else seemed way better I wish I would’ve gotten anyone else . Actually kourtnie from the Dekalb location is amazing .
