Truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. From the moment that I walked in the level of professionalism was incredible. I was there to open a new checking account and I was lucky enough to get Erica the branch manager. Erica walked me through every step of the process showing me multiple options to choose from and making it easy to decide what was best for me. Pinnacle has a customer for life!

I had such a wonderful experience with Pinnacle Bank that I felt compelled to share just how much I appreciate their team. From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. It really feels like they're excited to see me, and that kind of personal touch makes all the difference.
I want to especially recognize Gilman, Beth, Savannah, Phyllis ok, and Erica for consistently providing exceptional service. Each of them goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. A special thank you to Erica, the manager, who even took the time to review my website, Connect2OurCommunity, and share her thoughtful feedback - that meant a lot to me.
I was initially hesitant to switch from online banking, even after being recommended by a friend. But using a local branch close to me has been one of the best decisions I've made. There's something truly meaningful about having in-person support and being able to connect with familiar, friendly faces when I need assistance or simply want to have a conversation.

I have banked here for almost 20 years. On this day I arrived at this location to sign a form which had been prepared for me. The initial teller who greated me was normal, but when she stepped away to refer to her superior, I could over hear the supervisor say, loudly, that I was wrong, the forms could not be signed and I was to wait until I could be seen. I voiced up that, having already work over the phone with the main office, I had been asked to drop by any location at my convenience to sign a completed form. Immediately I was told I wrong, who told me this, and what was their name and they were wrong. I was completely overwhelmed by the hostility, and simply left to avoid any negative argument. I will have to complete the paperwork at another location, and now must consider closing an account I have had my entire adult life.
