No good this bank , Bryan displayed terrible customer service , i have loan pay off already but they are still collected auto payments from my account, so I have credit , i have talk to the loan department customer service they are telling me send me the Check, after a few months never received the check, I have talk to the Banker Bryan my situation , he don’t want help me, he just said give me the date and amount, i said i forgot it but you can look at transaction history, he said if you don’t have date and amount i can’t help you, i said you need look at transaction details and history, he say NO

This branch is fantastic. It starts at the top, upper management has set the tone and the positivity and efficiency has trickled down. They take good care of me and I feel like it is my personal bank. All of the staff have a positive attitude and are there to help. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!
