- SQSophie Qin1 day ago5.0A big shout-out to branch manager Olivier and the team at PNC! I recently visited the branch to purchase some foreign currency. Because of a technical issue at first, followed by my own misunderstanding of the process, my order ended up being placed when I actually needed to cancel it. I thought I'd have to drive an hour back to the branch just to take care of it. After I spoke with Olivier, he was incredibly patient, understanding, and willing to help. He went the extra mile to resolve the issue for me and saved me a long round trip to cancel the purchase in person. I know it must took extra time and effort on his part, and I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Many thanks to Olivier and the wonderful staff at PNC for making a stressful situation so much easier. Great customer service like this really stands out!

My point of contact, Olivier Rochelin, has been unresponsive and left the process completely stalled. I ended up going with another bank and we finished the process in a week.

Called PNC and the rep stated the person inside the branch did not ask the required verification questions. Plus there were 2 documents to sign, not just one. I spend another 30 mins on the phone. Very unhappy with this but the rep on the phone was professional.
