I made an appointment online and the banker "Ben" calls me and tells me he gave my appointment to someone else and I have to move to a different time. I've asked thrm several times why should I give my appointment to someone else and asked him multiple times to move the other person to a different time. He simply said no and I have no other options. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I've asked for his credentials to file a complaint and he simply refused to give me his credentials and hangs up the phone.
