  We had never been to this location before and were so happy we stopped by. It was empty, they offered us coffee and water, and the service was top-notch. Ciera B. at the front and Cynthia H. were both so kind, welcoming, professional and efficient. They calmed our worries and helped us so efficiently and warmly. Would definitely recommend this bank and this location with the help of these lovely ladies!

  Went today to open up an account. Cynthia took the time to help me get online banking and set my zelle up. She was very kind and patient. Highly recommend.

  Purchased a new camper & the dealership chose Bank OZK to finance. WORST BANK EVER! The online system is not user friendly. There is no option to make a principal only payment. So I call the 800 number & they don't understand what a principal only payment is. I physically drive to the bank & the teller is nice & tells me just come there & they will handle it. I don't always want to drive to pay a bill but whatever. Then I later review my account to see she did NOT apply it to the principal only. Do yourself a favor & stay away from these un trained unprofessionals. *UPDATE- I wish I could take my 1 star back. Drove to the branch yesterday & they continue to be useless! They have absolutely NO clue how loans & banking even works. Looks like I'm going to have to lose even more money refinancing to get away from this incompetent people. There are so many banks in the world, this one should do everyone a favor & close!

  bank of the ozarks in adairsville needs a new manager my husbands father passed away so we had to take a trip to indiana to burry him half way through our trip we go to pay for our hotel room our card was decliened we called every # we could find on the card everything was closed needless to say we slept in our car in indiana i have a heart condition my husbands father is dead thank god it was not winter so the next day i was able to talk to the manager shes rude as she explaines to me that i should of informed the bank of my travels & every were i would be useing my card & my card was shut off becouse of possible fraud so i would need to inform them in the future if i travel outside the state another awful encounter with the bank manager was in the drive thru when she demanded i come inside to speak with her about my acount putting my bussiness out infront of the whole drive thru so i went home & called we argued of course becouse shes unprofesional a few days later i get a certified letter saying my account was getting shut down so if you want a woman to play with your money leave you standed in another state pennieless treat you like your beneath her then this bank is perfect for you
