    I want to highlight the excellent service Sarah Potwin gave us yesterday. We were there about a CD and my husband on oxygen in our car had lots of questions. I was going to put him in speaker phone when she said she’d come out to the car and go over all the rates and answer his questions which she did. Shows how caring Sarah is about her customers. OZK is lucky to have her.
