- DSDavid SlickOct 12, 20211.0Multiple late notices although we are set up for mortgage auto pay. Insurance premium has been purchased although documentation of insurance has been approved in writing several times. Zero accountability or even accessibility. Customer service agents work from home with the TV blaring and completely unprepared and/or trained to answer simple questions. Our jumbo mortgage is a joke….management wise.
