  Worst bank ever. I made a deposit in time, they charge me an overdraft fee the same day of my deposit and that only happened because they are not open on weekends. Technically the money was already in the bank and it shows on my statement that the deposit went thru first, then the fee, then paid my bill. First fee for me in over a decade with this bank. Then tried to change my phone number on the app and they send an access code to the old number, so someone else can steal my money. Then call Social Security to change my direct deposit but this bank has an old routing number and they didn’t inform SS. So after two days of messing around, I am having to drive 35 minutes one way to the nearest branch to close my account because I am done. This bank was great a decade ago but was bought out and should have left years ago. When you can’t bank on weekends and they don’t contact you back for days it’s time to leave.

  I was at this location today due to having recently lost a member of the family who has an account that I needed to close. The attendant was incredibly rude and unempathetic to my situation. She took great joy in telling me that despite my correct and legal paperwork, I was unable to close the account or even get any general information on the account. When I asked what the typical process is to closing the account on behalf of someone, she smiled and said that the account will default to the government in 5 years and there’s nothing I can do. I understand there is a process to things, but she did not have to be so incredibly rude. She was the only bank teller at the counter and I visited today, 9/19/23 at around 1:15-1:30 PM.

  Excellent Staff. Branch manager is amazing. Aside from being super sweet and beautiful, she's one of the sharpest people I've ever met in banking. Go in and ask for the BM; you'll be glad you did.
