The woman acting as manager on duty was extremely rude after taking a long time from chit chatting in the back with other employees. She also presented this rude behavior to other clients while I was waiting, one can only imagine what goes on at this branch on a regular basis. One interaction was enough to close my account.

However, I recently needed a PNC auto loan, and had to stop by the branch to pick up the documents from the transaction I initiated online. It was quick and easy. When I lost my wallet a week later, the service I received from the members of this branch was superb. I truly felt like a name and not a number. I have always loved PNC and kept banking with them even when I lived on the West Coast of the US without a branch in sight because of their atm reimbursements, ability to deposit checks on my phone, etc. I'll continue to be a loyal customer because of how they helped me out this week. Thanks for caring!
