I walked and and the team were handling a Karen with so much kindness and attempting to find a solution but the Karen just wanted to keep ranting. However, the ladies handled that with class. I love coming to this branch!

She made a mistake in trying to close the account and said she couldn't void it or correct it. I asked to talk to the manager and the representative said she wouldn't be able to do anything.The representative said it would take a few days to fix things. I went back after a week. The representative was then able to void the transaction and do it correctly now. I will never do business with this bank and have recommended that none of my relatives do business with them either.
