They had no knowledge of my appt when I arrived, Showed them the confirmation on the phone and they just shrugged their shoulders and wondered out loud why it wasn't in their system. After that, I still wanted to open up a new account and their computer would not let them proceed. Spent 45 minutes as the guy tapped at his computer, entering and reentering and then he had help from someone else, but all to no avail. They just couldn't take my money!! Wow, retail banking sucks these days. Guess everything has to be online with no customer service.
