The Bank tellers are great. The manager Lucas is awful . I had a garnishment mistaken from my llc business account. I emailed Lucas my paperwork proving that my business is an LLc. He ignored my email. I decided to call him and he played a little game like he wasn’t sure if he saw my email. He then assured me he would call the garnishment department to make sure they received my paperwork. He last words to me were I will call you right back. That was 7 days ago. He never called back. Amazing manager !!! I am left wondering how people with 0 customer service get to these positions . I have moved my funds and accounts out of this bank because of his poor customer service.

This office has one of the most indignant tellers I’ve ever come across! Loud and rude!! I was doing a favor for a bedridden customer of there’s. I’m so glad I don’t have an account with PNC!! This female snapped at me more than once! I picked up my things and left! I wouldn’t allow myself to be like her!! Good luck PNC, I’ll never go back there!
