They said my address wasn't on file yet if you go online it shows my address. They needed a CC card to put on file, for what? They also ran out of cash already at 1030am monday morning. seriously? come on.
- LLLeeOct 28, 20161.0I have multiple accounts and will be taking my business elsewhere. There mortgage department is a joke like the other guy stated. Closed on a house and next move is to find a new bank. They treat you like a criminal when depositing large amounts of cash. It's none of the tellers business where the money came from. If they have an issue with it they can submit the issue to the proper authorities. Absolute worst bank! 15 years of banking with this bank. Would recommend PNC to absolutely NOBODY!
