  Extremely disappointing experience with PNC Bank in Carrollwood FL. I was given clear assurances by a PNC representative regarding a 4.0% interest rate, and I relied on those representations when moving my banking relationship to PNC. Within 24 hours, I discovered the account was showing 0.04% instead. I repeatedly asked for clarification before signing anything and was assured that what I was signing reflected exactly what had been discussed. It didn’t. The constant changes in information, lack of accountability, and difficulty getting a straight answer are unacceptable. I should not have to chase a bank to get someone to address a basic issue involving terms that were specifically promised to me. After looking into other customer complaints, I can see I am certainly not the only person frustrated by inconsistent information and poor customer service. PNC has completely damaged my trust. This is not the level of professionalism, transparency, or integrity I expect from a bank. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY WITHOUT DOING YOUR RESEARCH!!!! Update 9/30: Despite their response below telling me to reach out, PNC has continued to ignore my emails to the branch and has failed to address my concerns. My check was held onto for over 4 days and no response was provided. I spent over 10 hours dealing with this matter. This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I feel the way this situation has been handled is manipulative and completely disrespectful to a customer. DO NOT BANK HERE. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a bank that values transparency, accountability, and its customers.

  I had a small issue the other day not only the bank manager called me. He resolved a problem and I felt like I made a new friend. Great service. Some people are doing for a living what they are meant to do!!!

  Terrible location. The staff is inept. We have been banking with PNC for over 20 years. I went in today and they said they didnt know who i was. They said my address wasn't on file yet if you go online it shows my address. They needed a CC card to put on file, for what? They also ran out of cash already at 1030am monday morning. seriously? come on.

  I have multiple accounts and will be taking my business elsewhere. There mortgage department is a joke like the other guy stated. Closed on a house and next move is to find a new bank. They treat you like a criminal when depositing large amounts of cash. It's none of the tellers business where the money came from. If they have an issue with it they can submit the issue to the proper authorities. Absolute worst bank! 15 years of banking with this bank. Would recommend PNC to absolutely NOBODY!
