  Bank OZK has the best interest rates on CDs, but their online banking was hard for someone not tech savvy to navigate. I just go to the bank & they're wonderfully helpful!

  It has been said that customer service is an attitude, not a department. These days, however, it often feels like nothing more than a department, one that pushes the work back onto customers through do-it-yourself tools and online instructions. While this may reduce a bank’s expenses, it is incredibly inefficient and frustrating for the customer. That is why I want to recognize Margaret Gentry at Bank OZK’s North Dale Mabry location. I have reached out to her on multiple occasions, and each time she has gone beyond simply reading from a script. She takes the time to understand what is happening, works with me to resolve the issue, and does not create more work for me by leaving me to solve the problem myself. Margaret’s attitude and approach stand out and should be modeled throughout the organization. People like Margaret are why I choose to bank with a smaller bank.
