  My mugshot for a misdemeanor was published and monetized on a Facebook page that this company advertises for/partners with. On the page is a post that exposes my government name and other PII, along with an advertisement to use this company's services in the comment section. The page is designed to poke fun at, draw attention to, and generate social media engagement at the expense of reputational damage of individuals. While public records are public records, I was found not guilty and had my record expunged, but the page that this business is associated to refused to acknowledge/honor my request (that is clearly stated in their terms for expunged records) to take it down. Opportunistic and shady company.
