- DPDonna PinsonApr 30, 20261.0After numerous calls for clarification, the trustee and I went to open a trust account on 4/29/26 and the only teller working said they did not allow that sort of trust account, even though it’s on the website and we called numerous times to make sure. The teller did not have a name tag on but was the only one working that afternoon. She also strangely refused to respond to our questions about the calls we made prior to loading up my wheelchair and going in myself. We are going with another bank as a result. Would not recommend.
