  I have a couple of people I’d like to say thank u to and one I would like to say WTH! Thank you Ethan Armburster, Carol Armburster, Ani, Daisy, n Carly. They all have been exceptionally generous with their time n kindness. The female I spoke with on 5/15/26 AM , was totally,( I don’t know) on another planet with her answers. I had put in a temporary moving card to the USPS and I knew I was receiving some sort of information from First Florida that was going to be forwarded to my temporary home so I wanted to know if it was something important since I wasn’t able to see it for a couple of days she suggested that I go to the USPS change my forwarding address back to Florida retrieve the mail, then change it back to North Carolina. Obviously she has never dealt with the USPS. This is the most incredibly stupidest thing I have ever heard even with a two week notice USPS most of the time doesn’t have their shit together and you want me to try to change a forwarding card back-and-forth several times in two days. I have to say you have to be a very sheltered young lady, Carly was able to research it n advise me that it was just my statement. Denise

  I visited this branch on Saturday, February 28, 2026, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The gentleman and the lady working at the time were impatient and unfriendly in their interactions. Although I am not a member of First Florida Bank, I was advised by my primary federal credit union to visit this location because it serves as a co-op branch. Regrettably, my financial needs were not met due to the lack of assistance and support provided by the front counter representatives. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to help improve the customer experience for future visitors.

  Still have human tellers with a personal & professional experience every time. Great with timely tasks and loans. And there's 5 locations for the needed convenience. Also open on Saturday mornings at 2 locations.
