- PMPatricia MurrayJul 17, 20265.0I was visiting from out of town and I needed to visit a PNC branch in St. Augustine. The branch manager was Norman Sincavage he couldn’t have been any nicer. He welcomed me and my brother to PNC he was very knowledgeable and personable. If you are in St. Augustine and you are in need a bank please stop in and say hello to Norman he will make your day. Thanks again Norman.

Nobody's answering the phone when you're a financial institution. Responsible for other people's money, you need to be reachable. Absolutely ridiculous. I feel sorry for anybody that has an account with this place.
- RMRyan MccartyDec 19, 20241.0BE AWARE! I went in to cash a check of 6k and Jared the manager said they did not have that much cash. So if you open an account here keep in that in mind if you ever need the cash. Not sure why theirs doors are open if they basically have no cash!
