  Banking Center Manager, Shaun Calhoun and Lender, Adam Ellis have been wonderful to work with. Every time I needed something in getting my mortgage or getting my checking accounts set up they were on the ball and helped me. GREAT TO WORK WITH!!

  I had difficulty in signing into the mobile app as this was for a trust account. I went into Bank OZK on fourth Street and was pleasantly surprised at the assistance I received from the Center Manager Sean Calhoun. Not only was he extremely personable, but he went out of his way to make sure everything was set up correctly, ensuring I would be able to sign on to the mobile app with no difficulty. In addition to the personalized service I received, Sean also followed up with a call the very next day to see if I had any difficulties or questions. Never in my 40 years of banking have I had such amazing service and especially from an AVP /Center Manager! What an incredible first time experience at this bank!

  Very hard to deal with , not sure I would trust them , I had a CD after expiring they moved it to 0.12% while there promotion rate is over 5% when closed it they charged 18 months interest crazy ..I have been with that location over 20 years
