  I’ve been with the same Credit Union for 23 years. When I saw that Bank OZK had a CD rate at 4.5% I decided to open one. This is when I had the pleasure to meet Dina. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Since that visit about a year ago, Dina was promoted to Branch Manager - well deserved! She and the staff at the Central Ave location have consistently exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with Bank OZK and their staff.

  I work with this bank weekly, and have had accounts of my own and never am disappointed. OZK is accommodating and always on top of things, as I can say from experience. The service is stellar! The familiar faces and greetings are always pleasant and between Bre, Abbi, and Dina, any concern, question or bank related issue I have will be met to best of ability. The best part is they truly do have your best interest at heart, unlike alot of other banks! Love these guys at Central!

  I absolutely love my local Bank OZK branch. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff consistently make every visit a pleasant experience. Abby and Bre are friendly, efficient and welcoming. They handle transactions quickly while making customers feel valued and appreciated. Dina was wonderful especially when I was exploring CD options. She took the time to clearly explain all the rates, terms and answered all of my questions. One of the things I appreciate most is the human touch. In an age when so much banking is automated, it is refreshing to be greeted by knowledgeable, helpful people. I rarely use the ATM because I genuinely enjoy going inside. The staff provides an extra level of security by verifying my identity, which gives me peace of mind and helps me avoid concerns about fraud or theft at the machine. I highly recommend this branch. They make mundane banking a positive experience.

  I love banking at the west St Petersburg Branch. Dina Reyes is knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. All important qualities that are rare to find in business banking. If quality leadership wasn't enough, the tellers Bri and Abbi do their jobs with a smile and professionalism. I recomend Bank OZK for small or medium sized businesses.
