Talk about horrible experience- MLO Christ S. only communication is thru text/email. I ask him to CALL and never does. Was looking to do a Mortgage loan but forget it now he is the most unresponsive loan officer I ever dealt with. If I have a question he sends an email says looking into will get back- and Nothing! A week of me trying to get him to respond so I am going with another lender - just very bad customer service to say the least.

The worse bank, you would think having multiple business accounts for years make a difference it does not. Their virtual check deposit decides after processing deposit to kick back the check. When I found out it was too late unlike my usual habit of never throwing checks I happen to throw this one and I lost a $1000. Be aware if you deposit checks from your mobile you might want to reconsider this bank as they’re not mobile deposit friendly unlike the other banks and despite accepting the check mobile deposit they might kick it back.
