- BBBrooklynOct 31, 20241.0I was disappointed with my experience at the bank during my first visit. The staff member I interacted with seemed to prioritize older customers and those who appeared wealthier, while I, as a younger customer, felt dismissed and unvalued. Instead of receiving the assistance I needed with my online banking, I was met with annoyance and given a phone number to call. Overall, I wasn’t given the support that should be expected from a customer service experience. The other reviews speak some truth I guess. How disappointing.
