- RDRobert DworskiJun 16, 20264.0For over 40 plus years my dealings with PNC have been excellent.
- TBTalore BJun 4, 20261.0My husband and I came in due to an issue with a transfer never putting the money back into our account. The manager was too concerned about leaving to care, and nobody would look at my husbands phone to see what he was talking about. They tried to insinuate that the money never left his account and like he was trying to scam them or something. We will be canceling all of our accounts with PNC.
- HKHidayet KaraçoroğluMay 30, 20255.0I had a great experience with Eric Namikas at PNC Bank. He was very helpful and informative. He took the time to explain the different account options and helped me choose the one that was best for my needs. I had no idea that my previous account required a minimum balance of $5,000 to avoid a $25 monthly fee. Eric caught this and immediately helped me switch to a better option. As a kind gesture, he even wrote an email on my behalf to request that the previous fee be waived. I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and support. Thank you, Eric!
- KLKevin LintonApr 28, 20232.0Lady was nice. But pnc no longer cashs PNC bank checks if your not a member. I run a business and pay my employees with personal checks so I can never bank with them because in turn they won't cash my employees checks
- MGModern GnosticismApr 13, 20235.0It’s my go to branch, I don’t have an account with them yet, but I deposit often to my client there, they have always been nice to me and other customers that been there at the same time, no complaints. Thank You PNC Staff
