- MKM KJun 13, 20263.0I’ve been a customer for years, but I find the repeated outreach calls from branch staff frustrating. When I don’t return a voicemail, I don’t understand why additional calls are made day after day without explaining the purpose of the call. If there’s no issue with my account, one voicemail should be sufficient. The repeated calls feel more like sales pressure than customer service. If there is no cause for concern then why are you calling me everyday four days in a row? Is this a bank or a telemarking center.

She was incredibly pleasant and made my day, after a terrible morning and experience at the Oviedo location, which has no tellers and no option to access sufficient cash for my son to purchase a car. I had to go out of my way to this location, but I was glad I did.
