    Went into the dade city branch tall lady with short gray hair.After waiting a half an hour she was rude as hell. Telling me how I had to get a florida driver's license.My license does not expire until december of next year. And I had proof of address. I walked out with just short of $7000 in my pocket.And opened my account at a different bank.

    After 10 years of banking with San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, I couldn’t be happier with the personal service I’ve received. I’m always greeted with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. I especially want to recognize Christina Moreno. She is incredibly patient, kind, and caring, and she never makes me feel rushed. She always takes the time to listen and make sure my questions are answered. People like Christina are what make this credit union so special. I would highly recommend San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution where you are treated with kindness, respect, and personal attention. I’m truly grateful to be a member!
