    Very happy with their overall service quality just recently opened an account and my parents have been with them for quite some time now and are generally very pleased with them. I must add that Yanelis is by far the best in providing exceptional customer service. She is always willing to help you with any issues and goes above & beyond!!

    went into the lobby yesterday to transact some business. The teller was friendly, professional and gave me just what I asked for in a timely manner. I had additional business and was helped by Ms. Patricia Hughes. She was attentive, informative and handled my transactions perfectly. She was a true pleasure to work with. Kudos to you Ms. Patricia! I may have to start coming into the branch instead of just going through the drive through.
