After talking with Jennifer Burres, at the St Augustine beach location, the issued was resolved within a few hours. No bs, no multiple calls, no excuses, just professionalism! Can't say enough about how well she handled things. People like this is what makes banking pleasurable and makes her an excellent representative of her bank, thank you Jennifer!
