I went in there trying to open a business acct and she was very off putting and annoyed that I was asking clarification on paperwork that's needed. She acted like I was interrupting her whole day by making sure I understood everything that was needed. I literally told her I didn't appreciate her not helping and I could leave. So I did. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AT ALL. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

After completing the process, I retrieved my receipt from the machine, feeling confident that everything had gone smoothly. However, to my dismay, the cash has yet to show up in my account. Determined to resolve the issue, I stepped into the bank, hoping for assistance. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointing news—the staff informed me that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. They advised me to hold onto my receipt, reassuring me that they would cover any fees that might arise from this problematic transaction. As I stood there, I learned that this was not an isolated incident. The bank employees mentioned that they had been aware of this persistent problem for quite some time yet had taken no action to address it. I find it baffling why they wouldn’t simply put an “Out of Order” sign on this unreliable machine to prevent others from facing the same frustrations. After all, a deposit of a thousand dollars should be processed without a hitch! If it were possible, I would gladly give this experience a negative five-star rating!
