MY SON DEPOSITED $ CASH INTO THE ATM, IT COUNTED HIS $100’s, CONFIRMED HIS CASH DEPOSIT, ASKED FOR A RECEIPT MY SON DECLINED & THE ATM THANKED HIM. MY SON WENT TO GET GAS, HIS CARD DECLINED, HE CHECKED THE BANK ACCOUNT AND HIS CASH DEPOSIT WAS NOT REFLECTING IN HIS ACCOUNT! MY SON IS ON ATM CAMERA PROOF HE DEPOSITED THOUSANDS INTO THAT MACHINE, THERE IS A DEPOSIT BOX FOR SAID ATM THAT SITS INSIDE THE PNC BANK WHERE A BANKER THEN SORTS OUT THOSE DEPOSITS ELECTRONICALLY YET THEY HAVE SAID IT COULD TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS TO LOCATE HIS DEPOSIT??? PEOPLE BEWARE BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE HAS A 10 DAY EXTENSION ON THEIR BILLS YET PNC DOES NOT CARE!

Then the bank that backs a major insurance companies check wants a 2.5% fee for non members to cash their customers check! And to top it off the woman seemed offended when I answered "no" to the question, if I would be okay with a couple hundred dollar fee to cash their check LMAO!
