  I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pamela Maxstadt and the entire team at Bank OZK in Punta Gorda. Pamela is an exceptional branch manager who truly understands the value of building personal relationships with her clients. She is honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure you understand your options and feel confident in your banking decisions. That same level of service is reflected throughout her entire staff. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by name, welcomed with a warm smile, and treated like a valued client rather than just another account number. Everyone is friendly, positive, professional, and genuinely eager to help. You can tell that Pamela has created a workplace culture where excellent customer service and personal relationships are a priority. Bank OZK also offers a wide variety of banking and lending services, including options that aren’t always easy to find, such as vacant lot financing. Pamela and her team are extremely knowledgeable about the services they offer and go above and beyond to help clients find the right solutions for their individual needs. It is refreshing to walk into a bank where you feel known, appreciated, and confident that the people helping you truly care. Pamela and her entire Punta Gorda team set a very high standard for what local, relationship-based banking should look like. I highly recommend them!

  Pam and her team at Bank OZK in Punta Gorda are always smiling and welcome every one by name when they walk through the door. I truly love dealing with a bank that knows my name and i am not just a number. You can call the bank and get a real person and get your questions or concerns handled immediately without calling a 1800 number.

  A local bank where everyone knows your name! I feel like I'm visiting my family every time I walk in. The bank manager Pam is possibly the sweetest person I have ever met! I switched to bank ozk after moving to Florida and got an establishment who cares about me and my family. I'll never bank with anyone else. Get to bank ozk now!
