- JJjasmine jeanSep 6, 20231.0I wish I could give them 0 star. I’ve been a customer since 2022, it’s been a headache since I open this account. The online customer service representative are very ignorant and rude, and they always say go to the branch for every issue, and when you go to the branch the branch representative are so unhelpful, they always seem so oblivious of the issue and they said they have to call support. So it’s a circle of clown. Save yourself from headache and do not open account with this bank. The have nothing to offer, they have the worst overdraft system and you don’t earn no interest, lesson learned.
