- NPNathan PeynadoJun 21, 20261.0Branch Manager was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Teller implied that the money I was depositing was from drugs. Overall, every staff member we interacted with acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve us when we were literally the only customers in the branch. Night and day difference in customer service compared to the PNC branch on Gatlin.

She was so helpful, fixed the problem and most importantly she cared that my wife was very upset. Alicia went above and beyond helping us out. Thank GOD for Alicia she fixed this situation and made my wife feel safer with our future banking. THANK YOU ALICIA

Not only was she patronizing to her as well but couldn’t or wouldn’t provide any assistance to either of us. I’m pretty sure she wasn’t telling the truth either to avoid having to see people.
