- JJJaymee JacksonSep 1, 20261.0My Dad & I have a joint account with PNC. I was added after my mom passed away in August of 2025. Yesterday I brought a check into the PSL Blvd. location to cash. It was a title refund from a prominent car dealership in Stuart. The amount is under $80.00. I gave the teller my debit card to find our account and all details needed. After watching her stare at her screen for 5 minutes she told me she couldn't cash the check because I had only been on my Dad's account for a year. Unacceptable!!! She said something about fraud before I abruptly left vowing to close out all 3 accounts with PNC. We have a lot of money with this bank including a Trust Fund. Terrible, terrible customer service!!! And if you ever try to call them, they NEVER answer!!! Im going to another branch today to see if they'll cash my check. If they won't, I will close out every account we have with them and go to Wells Fargo. They think opening the door for you is customer service. Ugh!!!
- CCcarmelita churchJul 6, 20262.0Came in recently to start a checking was helped by Mr.***** , he was friendly and super helpful, I wasn't able to set up online banking bc I could not receive the texts due to phone issue. Now I can receive texts and when I check the folder he gave me with my info no where has the account number. Without the account number I cant enroll for online access meaning I have to come bank to the branch just to get my account number bc they won't give it to you when you call the main number. My whole thing is the pnc experience is undermined when you overlook an issue I would run into. Bc of my work schedule I'll need to take time off to come take care of it and hence the 2 stars but in terms of rapport great guy 5 stars I decided to censor his name
