Came in recently to start a checking was helped by Mr.***** , he was friendly and super helpful, I wasn't able to set up online banking bc I could not receive the texts due to phone issue. Now I can receive texts and when I check the folder he gave me with my info no where has the account number. Without the account number I cant enroll for online access meaning I have to come bank to the branch just to get my account number bc they won't give it to you when you call the main number. My whole thing is the pnc experience is undermined when you overlook an issue I would run into. Bc of my work schedule I'll need to take time off to come take care of it and hence the 2 stars but in terms of rapport great guy 5 stars I decided to censor his name

The office called me and asked if the branch manager, Erin Garrison, could meet with me to discuss our business account. She then no-showed for the meeting. I called several days later to address this and had to leave a message. She failed to return my call.
