Today, they thought it was cute to give, slow service. Not to mention, the bank was practically empty. When I walked in . Older woman short with short hair. Younger male, tall slender. Shameful. I'd rather drive to Orlando, than stop here.

Both atms were not functional and I was told by them that they don’t have tellers to process it. A bank?!?! With no tellers. This is a complete joke
- NMNicholas MadsenJun 1, 20212.0Loved this bank pre-covid, when Covid hit they shut it down and re-opened it without tellers so theres only the ATM inside and the drive up ATM, and if you need an appointment with a banker, but they have no plans to bring tellers back to make this a full service bank. Last time I went inside the woman manning the front desk was REALLY trying to get me to open some investing accounts when I only asked her to print me paper bank statements for the last 3 months which still took her a long time to do, but I don’t own a printer. The drive up ATM you can’t deposit cash or checks in anymore for some reason so you have to use the ATM inside.
