They keep strange hours, randomly close certain week days with no notice, and are never open Saturdays. No matter how much money you keep in the bank with BBVA they will not loan you money unless its a 25k LOC @ 24% you desire. I have had to get all of my personal and business loans from other banks that I do not keep accounts with. They suck..... plain and simple. I'll be leaving soon.

They have a good variety of financial options including free checking, safe deposit boxes, and a drive thru, I would go as far as to say this staff goes out of their way to be helpful.
