- HSHunter SmithAug 25, 20265.0I recently had an issue with PNC following a check deposit that resulted in a hold on my available balance, along with a notice that the deposit could potentially be subject to an extended hold. If you own a small business like I do, you can appreciate how frustrating and stressful something like that can be when you’re trying to keep everything moving. I called the branch, and they easily could have told me to contact the corporate number and left it at that. Instead, the branch manager, David, took ownership of the situation and personally worked to help get it resolved. He called me virtually every hour with updates and made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the process. That’s service. I’m extremely grateful to David and the entire team at this branch. Every experience I’ve had with them has been great, and this situation reinforced why. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond to help.

Luis, the Relationship banker, was highly professional; he helped me open an account and quickly resolved all issues regarding the mobile app. I also received advice on placing funds in a deposit account and information about other financial products.

So terrible I actually had to write a review about a bank lol!!! Seriously if the next closest PNC is 10 miles away, and you don’t have a car… you should still walk to that one.
