  I’ve came here a few times thought things would change but honestly bad management all around do not bank with them. I know a lot better branches than this one do not come here and do business with them here.

  This is the worst branch ever they have bad customer service and really long. Wait times if you have extra time to wait around and waste time, this is a place for you. Do not come to this branch to open account or to do business with them the worst Pnc I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been banking with Pnc forever.

  How could this branch have a 3.0 rating. Worst branch in the PNC system. Samantha has no experience in resolving customer problems. She will run you around for weeks with nothing but talk. She spent 6 weeks with me and turned in her own staff for problems occurring, but never resolved the misapplied payments occurring by tellers. Gio another branch principle had to have a teller assist her and nothing happened. No one will take the ball and run with it to resolve issues. Managers are grossly under trained and no hands on experience. Vargas and Matt sit in their cubicles and ignore customers in need on a Saturday. Watch closely your transactions at this branch. Mis appropriation of customers funds occurring daily.
