I came in because I had deposited my check on the mobile app and I had issues with it . Glenda Torres went out of her way answered all my questions , had great customer service and she fixed the issue. She shows what customer service is about and I appreciate everything she did for me . Just goes to show that they are people God has that go above and beyond for people through their job .

My husband and I were judged right away. We were opening a checking account and they were very discriminated towards us. We had everything that was asked for and they still denied us. Not to mention we had money to deposit. Absolutely horrible service and disrespect from this bank. Don’t waste your time here. We would give them less than 1 star if we could.
Reply: we already reported your actions to the appropriate authorities. We know for a fact that we were lied to and we have proof of that.
