And come to find out, they basically took his whole income tax for two w2s in fees to where he only got $18 back. He didn't even know his taxes were filed because he didn't know what he was signing. Because no one explained it, will never go back. And will never recommend anyone to use them worst place ever. Not to mention he called them for 2 months straight trying to get ahold of Alicia and never received a phone call back.
