  I have never received so much unethical and unprofessional service in my life! The owner Alecia talks to you like you are a child and when you remember something better than her, she tells you that you need to make an appointment with a doctor and get your memory check, what business does that to their customers. Secondly, in the 10-15 min meeting we had with her we let her know we already filed our return but needed to add the business portion as we first was told it would be filed separately but later was told it would need to be filed with our regular returns. She asked us to bring in our personal returns we already filed. We brought her everything. 2 weeks later we get a call that our amended returns are ready to file just need to go in and sign. We go in sign the paperwork and they file electronically. Later, get a call it is rejected and they don't know why, asked us to bring everything back in. Oh and we find out that Alecia did not to our return another person did. Then 2 weeks later I call because we have not heard anything back and the receptionist gets rude when I ask questions, end conversation with her that she will have someone call me. The next day Alecia calls me back and says returns are completed, I ask questions as to what all happened and trying to figure out details about my return she says she does not know as she did not do my return and she is not the one who stayed up to midnight doing them, and frankly that they had already spent enough time on our returns and was not going to do any more. The conversation continued but every-time I ask a question all I got was more insults and rudeness...I am so speechless in the conversation as someone who owns a tax, law firm, and a reality business actually treats their customers this way. I finally just in the call because I am so upset I don't want to say anything but rude stuff back but I don't. I just don't understand how you have all the documents but file a return wrong the first time and then take another two weeks and then you get mad at me and say rude things to me???
