  We are moving back to Pennsylvania and thought it best to set up an account ahead of time since they are both in FL and PA. We didn't have an appointment, we just wanted to ask a question. Renee was available though and spent a lot of time with us explaining what they offer and setting up the account for us. This made a stressful time in our life much easier and it was greatly appreciated. Will see down the road how banking with PNC goes, but as far as initial impressions go, we were very pleased.

  I experienced an issue with a company that was taking money out of my account. I went to PNC Bank and acknowledged Becky about the situation. I explained to her what was going on. In which, I was charged $288 in over-drafted fee's for what I thought wasn't fair, She then told me it wasn't her job to control how I spend my money. I felt as if everything I was trying to discuss with her, she was having something negative to say. I asked to close my bank account she then told me no. I just want to say once I go in here today and talk to the Branch Manager, I will NEVER bank with PNC ever again, and I will definitely not recommend anyone to them.
