One of the employees is helping me, he puts the check into an atm looking machine with a camera "an online teller" because they dont have actual tellers or cash and in the middle of the transaction, power surge, the machine turns off and they go inside have me sitting in there, after about an hour they come out, give me a case number and tell me it will take about 3 days for me to get a response, I tell them that's unacceptable that I need some kind of paperwork or receipt for that, they tell me I have to take their word for it, manager hands me his phone number and tells me he will call me when there is an answer. So I basically had to leave without cash, without my check and without written proof that any of that had happened and just by the way, they tell me it has happened 3 times this month already and that people have called the police and everything and nothing has happened and they tell me, you can call the police if you want. I really really needed that money, Im very frustrated and just sad and disappointed right now, honestly I feel robbed. This is not right.
