    We started banking at Southstate in another city before moving to Pensacola. We started using the branch in Pensacola and it seems like every employee we dealt with is unhappy. I don't know if everyone has problems and forgets you're not supposed to show it at work or if the work environment is really depressing. A couple employees cut me off before I finish my sentence. I thought it is our money we give them that they can loan out for a profit, so they would be glad to have us but... I guess the important thing is they didn't lose my money but just don't expect any smiles.
