They finally told me I had to call and make an appointment for the notary due to covid. I looked around and said there’s no one here? Then they decided it was because that person, Geo, was at lunch. I walked out tried to call them back to make the appointment, of course no answer. So how do you make an appointment? If you don’t want to be a brick and mortar bank then go online only. Don’t advertise a service you don’t actually have. I’ll be looking into other bank choices where they value their customers.
