- WCWendy CaseOct 8, 20261.0I am annoyed every time I enter this lobby due to the female greeter. When I say I'm all set (walking to teller) she continues to ask me questions. Its happened multiple times. I'm now avoiding going in... instead doing my business at the atm and drive through just to avoid her pushy personality. Not welcoming.... more like a car salesman!! It would be nice if PNC could change this. I would like to walk up, do my business with the teller without the women at the door insistently questioning me then making small talk. I'm trying to be polite saying I'm all set and don't need her assistance.
