In fact, I am in worse shape now than before I called. The first agent had such a heavy accent that I had to ask her to repeat herself after every other word. Shameful!!!

I'm not even going to attempt to bank here. Especially after reading they shorted two different checks. Changing amounts on checks and tamper with whatever they want. That's unheard of fraudulent and so upsetting for customers when you play with hard earned money. No thanks
