Clerk said that they did not do wire transfers on the weekend but calling 4 other PNC banks in the area they all said they can initiate it on the weekend. This was after waiting in line for the bank to open, was turned down immediately.

Terrible customer service! The bank was empty. I asked to speak with a banker at 9:30 am. The lady behind the counter sucked her teeth at me and said can you come back at noon because no one is available. Why do you have open hours starting at 9 if no one is available?
