  There’s a lot of things that need to be addressed with customer service and concerns when you put your trust into a bank with our funds. Banking shouldn’t be a nightmare. The last couple years it’s been a mess. We chose to stick it out and pray for changes. Things were going well until we had some questions about our 4 accounts.This inappropriate worst attitude woman named Bridget walked over and said nothing but what is it you have a question. Wow yes we do. We asked a question she did not respond. She turned her back and walked away. So how embarrassing for not only us but the other bankers were shocked, lady at the front said it wasn’t the first time she has treated consumers that way! Right after this incident happened, I closed all our accounts 4 of them. Took our business to another bank!

  GOODBYE PNC. PNC, it’s been a wild roller coaster for the last 6 months. Banking with you for the last 2 years. My husband and I, but you lost 7 members of our family. Banking shouldn’t be a nightmare! You can thank Bridget for ruining us off! Hopefully PNC can teach her some to have respect, and not to tossed debit cards at customers that our needing just one new card. To not just walk away when we had another question.

  Severely understaffed for tellers. They have someone to greet you which is nice. People sitting in offices by themselves. But tellers? Went in there, got in line. One lady processing a pile of checks it looked like. I waited and waited, Ask the greeter if any tellers? One is on vacation and the other is on lunch break. Did she tell the people waiting in line this? Who knows? Time to take my money elsewhere....

  I actually had outstanding interactions with PNC Banker Bridgette Pizzola who was very thorough, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Michelle processed the transactions on the accounts and did an outstanding job. I love PNC personnel and have been a customer for 30 years. Thank you for all you do!!!

  Thank you to the great staff for helping me navigate the medallion signature process. Ms. Adkins- super helpful and I highly recommend service at this branch.
