Banking shouldn’t be a nightmare. The last couple years it’s been a mess. We chose to stick it out and pray for changes. Things were going well until we had some questions about our 4 accounts.This inappropriate worst attitude woman named Bridget walked over and said nothing but what is it you have a question. Wow yes we do. We asked a question she did not respond. She turned her back and walked away. So how embarrassing for not only us but the other bankers were shocked, lady at the front said it wasn’t the first time she has treated consumers that way! Right after this incident happened, I closed all our accounts 4 of them. Took our business to another bank!
