  I stopped by to transfer money from one account to another at a different bank... The agent did not know how to do this... I will now have to go to a different branch... Better training is needed here. My last visit to this location went well. I am not sure what has happened here...

  A young lady was trying to make a deposit before work. Gentleman teller asked Jo-ann to assist her because he was helping me. Jo-ann gave her deposit slips and told her to wait for the teller who clearly asked her to help. The young lady mentioned she was late for work. Jo-ann with a snarky tone told her the gentleman would assist her when he was done. She went to go sit back on her chair in the front to stare out the window. What the heck is wrong with that woman. I watched the whole thing happen. Unbelievable. Jo-ann needs to find a profession that does not involve people. She is very lazy and rude. She is the reason for the low reviews in this branch.

  I have my car loan with PNC and went to inquire about either refinancing or trading what I have and purchase a new car. The Relationship Banker, Andrew was with someone, so we waited to only ask a few questions about an auto loan knowing that they were getting near to close. He did stop to talk to me and asked if I could wait until he finish with his client and we can carry on the conversation. So My wife, grandson and I waited until he finished, but to my surprise was walking around the branch, went to the restroom and ignored us. He happen to walk by us seeing that we were still sitting there and stated "Do you need anything else?" This shocked us. He stated that they are closing and would not be able to get with me and gave me his business card. Service like this happens a lot at this branch. The office in Winter Park is much better and treat you like a person. I will be transferring my accounts along with my car loan from PNC and go somewhere else since they feel I am not worth the time.
