I went with my wife almost a month ago and sat in the office to add her to my account so we could have a joint bank account. We scanned all her ID’s and the lady that helped us told us we would hear within a week. It’s been a month and we never heard anything or got a call. I then proceeded to call PNC today a month after we went and found out that they had no records of my wife’s ID’s and she hadn’t been added to the account correctly and that we need to go back to the branch and do the same thing again. I don’t remember the name of the lady who “helped” us at this branch but I think she needs to be re-trained on how this process works because she obviously doesn’t know and wasted our time.

Great staff here very friendly and very helpful. Lissette Ortiz helped me with an issue the atm at another pnc bank location in championsgate took my money and didn't register it into my account and that branch wasn't helpful at all. I went to the doctor Phillips location and she helped me. I went into the bank today to withdraw some money and everyone was very friendly.

What you can expect at any given time when you come to this branch!! The wait as a result is usually always long - unnecessarily due to inefficiencies in staffing work. Also the staff can be rude at times… minimal customer service,. PNC corporate needs to revamp this branch.
