  Fantastic branch! Yanira has assisted me twice with my account, and each visit has been outstanding. She explains everything clearly, offers helpful insights I wouldn’t have thought to ask about, and makes the whole process feel easy and stress‑free. Her expertise and positive attitude truly stand out every time. I’m always impressed with the service here — I highly recommend this particular branch!

  I had a truly wonderful experience at Bank OZK. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed, respected, and appreciated. A special thank-you to Kathy for her kindness, patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. She took the time to help us, answer our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Her boss was also absolutely amazing—very respectful, friendly, and professional. What stood out to me the most was the energy inside this bank. No matter your color, background, or where you come from, you are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. That means a lot to me and my family. Hope most of the usa bank have a Kathy inside that will be an amazing experience I definitely encourage anyone looking for a bank to consider opening an account with Bank OZK. When you visit, ask for Kathy—you will be in great hands! I also love that they offer accounts for teenagers, which is a great way to help young people start learning about banking and financial responsibility early. Our son will be visiting soon to open his account as well. Thank you, Kathy, your wonderful manager, and the entire Bank OZK team for making our experience such a positive one.
